the easy way:
add them as a subscriber to the list
set them to "no mail"
if you do this they can probably go in and change their
subscription so they get the mail, or they can view the
web archive.
so do not do this if they must not see the mail. If it
is just for convenience it is fine.
the other way:
set the "who can send" config on the list appropriately.
You may need to write a new send scenario to do exactly
what you want.
