The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am experiencing an issue when a user is sending an email to the list 
with an attachment PDF document. This document is 2.3 Meg in size. When 
I view the log for the list, I am getting an internal error mesasge. The 
email message that I get back is

Sympa failed to store a message for list escsupt in the bulk mailer. You 
should check log files !!


and the user gets

 address@concealed  has encountered an internal server error
(message diffusion - MSG_ID:<address@concealed>  - 
LIST:address@concealed):

In the log files I am also getting

Any Ideas
