The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm installing and testing Sympa for the first time, but I have scoured 
documentation to find an answer to a particular problem I'm having.

I have a list set up where the archive is only available to the 
subscribers.  One of the subscribers sent a multipart message with 5-6 
inline images.  When I (logged in) browse the archive, and pull that 
particular message, it retrieves the HTML text and 1-2 of the images, and 
then stops.  If I navigate to another message, it is clear that I have 
been logged out.

In apache's error log, I see:
