The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am new to Sympa, but have successfully casified a few other applications
already, Confluence, Jira and Blackboard to name a few.  I followed the
sympa documentation for setting up the cas client, but when I am redirected
from the login page back to sympa I get a 500 Internal Server Error at the
following redirected URL
http://<sympa-test-server>/sympa/sso_login_succeeded/CAS-Lists?ticket=ST
1111727-jyWHdKmN04PqjElCPaoQ-cas.

Has anyone been successful casifying Sympa, if so, some help or further
documentation would be greatly appreciated.
