We use sympa on delbian and we have a problem d' interpretation of the 
 characters specific to the French language in compilations.

It would seem that comes from "Iso" coding of the software.
For example, office outlook sp3 causes these nuisances. 
Moreover, the answer to a correct message is incorrect for the accents.
The lists on Web are correct.
How one know one solution?
