The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
my sympa 5.3.2 fill the reply-to field with mailign list address, and I 
would like the reply-to
to be the sender itself. I acn set it in every list configuratin, but 
how to make it the default behaviour
upon new list creation ?
