Then it is probably a problem in Sympa. Since the release of 5.4b.1, we met and fixed the following problems regarding LDAP:

http://sourcesup.cru.fr/viewvc/viewvc?view=rev&revision=5442
http://sourcesup.cru.fr/viewvc/viewvc?view=rev&revision=5404
http://sourcesup.cru.fr/viewvc/viewvc?view=rev&revision=4813

If the upgrade doesn't fix your problem, we'll try to dig deeper. ;)

David

I forgot to say that I've also tried to do the queries manually through the ldapsearch command to make sure that ldap server doesn't limit the output results. The queries worked well with the ldapsearch command but not in sympa synchronization inclusion when the query's output is larger.

Hello,

I'm having some problems with ldap inclusion queries.

When the ldap subscribers include query produces short results (about
15 members) then subscribers are imported/synchronized properly,
however when it produces large results (about 120 members) the
synchronization process crashes showing the Apache 'Internal Server
Error' page at the Web browser.

I've also tried to synchronize by command line using
"/home/sympa/bin/sympa.pl --sync_include listname" but it hangs up and
I have to kill it.

I'm using '5.4b.1' sympa version. It seems that ldap inclusion
query/process doesn't finish. Has anybody experienced this problem?

Regards,

Adib.
