The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi everybody!
Several days ago, I have to modify the subject from the subscription emails sended to the users.
For doing this, I look in the web interface, like an admin in Admin--> Template edition, and I edited "request_auth.tt2".
The problem is that now, the emails coming totally empty, I mean, nothing at all, but the sender adress only.


The email look like this:
