This is not possible with Sympa now. There is allready a feature request 
for that :

Please could you check it and add any usefull comment.

We plans to allow message customization depending on subscriber 
attributes. This isuppose to be able to collect and store more 
attributes about subscribers, mainly from externals data sources. The 
way we will implement that will solve your request.


Using 5.3 or 5.4 versions I would recommend you to run some external 
script that update from time to time the "reception mode" in 
subcriber_table. Not a very clean solution but it does not require to 
patch Sympa so it will be stable even when updating Sympa.
