Another thing that I have to add is after testing it here, I would host this sympa on a Server on a Virtual Machine.

Hi Uday,

First : no the users list was the right place to post your message to. Therefore I forward your message to this list.
I think you have a misconfiguration in your web server. Please refer to the following page which describes how tpo properly configure an HTTP server for Sympa:

I have installed sympa 5.4.3 on Fedora 8 with mysql 5.0.45, httpd , with
postfix. I installed the database manually.
When i first started the sympa.pl it said that sympa_aliases file was not
present, so i created it after that sympa.pl started with no issues, Then when
i started wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi by typing the following in the terminal
./wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi

it showed the following at the terminal

I found the following in the logs

WWSympa started
[robot GeForce-Sympa] main::do_home() do_home

But when I type the url in my browser it shows

Not Found
The requested URL /sympa was not found on this server.

Can anyone help with this.
