The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

[Pramila <address@concealed>]

Hello,

I have two virtual domains configured in sympa, test1.example.com &
test2.example.com.
Subscribers of both lists belong to example.com
Mails sent to address@concealed gets distributed to subscribers properly
but mails send to address@concealed shows error 
subscriber not found - address@concealed 
while my subscriber is address@concealed

some configuration details 
i am using mail.example.com as smarthosts in sendmail 
test1.example.com.com is A entry for IP & test2.example.com is CNAME

what is wrong in this configuration , how it can be solved
