The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Does anyone know of a way to send a custom message to *all* subscribers
of *all* lists, using Sympa 5.3.4?

I'm considering modifying the "remind" template for each list but I
would still have to do that for each of our 50-some lists, and then
presumably set it back to the default message.

I'm hoping for a way to just send a message to everyone in one fell swoop.
