Owners or moderators are not subscribers so the first solution can be 
used but moderators have some more privileges and this can be a problem 
for you.

The best way to do it is describe in the tips page : 
http://www.sympa.org/faq/tips_and_howto The idea is to create a 
dedicated list and authorize subcriber from this new list to post 
message to the original list.
