Hi erk7,

Your list configuration file is quite minimalist, however it includes 
all required informations to have a working list.
I can think of two "improbable" reasons :

  1. you have a customized version of the visibility.noconceal scenario
     that does hide the list
  2. the admin_table is not synchronized with your config file ; it
     should have an entry telling that you are owner of this list

Please provide pieces of your log file to get further help.
