Thanks for your response but I had read a lot of times that
information. What I need is a tutorial, how to, manual, etc.
explaining how to use those parameters in order to get outgoing
control (for instance control the number of message for a certain smtp
host or even the number of output message per minute).
There is no way to do that within Sympa, it'd be a function of your MTA (Postfix or whatever you're using) if anything, and even there I'm not sure what's available. You can use the maxsmtp setting in Sympa to set a small number of smtp delivery processes, which will have the effect of doing fewer simultaneous deliveries and putting less load on your system, but the MTA will still try to deliver as fast as possible within each process and Sympa will start new ones as fast as it can. None of the other smtp-related parameters in Sympa are really relevant, I think.
