The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
I have a list called seminari_lnf

in this list all messages sent a re Moderated, with owner confirmatin 
(Ownerkeyonlyauth).

when a message is sent, the owner is notifyed.
Owner reply to notification and receive a message from SYMPA that 
message has been confirmed and distributed
but this does not happen. Message is not distributed and here is what I

I cannot understand what's going on, why there is no subscriber ?

The mailign list has members.

any idea ?

I am using sympa 5.3.2
