We need a way to add unsubscribe footers to messages posted as HTML.
Attaching
the footer as a separate mime part does not work in many email readers because
the attached instructions appear as an attachment rather than a true
'footer'.
I seem to remember some discussion on this but cannot find it in the
documentation. For those with more experience with Sympa, are either of these
options possible?:

1) Strip off the HTML part of all posted messages, so that only the text/plain
part is sent; then append the footer.

2) Append a text footer to the text/plain version, then somehow insert another
HTML footer right before he closing body tag in the HTML version (add footer
here ... </body></html>)
