Note the "Unable to append to alias file."

aliaswrapper is setuid root:

# ls -l /home/sympa/bin/aliaswrapper

And the files are owned by root:

(Yes, that's the correct location -- when alias_manager.pl is run 
manually by root, they're updated correctly.)
