- Subject: [sympa-users] template editing for average users?

Hey folks. Has anybody found any kind of elegant solution to the problem of average users attempting to customize Sympa templates and either being totally confused by them or breaking them because of all the code? Between the MIME code, TT2 template code, and i18n code, the templates are basically completely unreadable and uneditable by average users, and we're thinking of disabling template editing entirely and just forcing them to submit manual requests to us. But I'm dreaming of some kind of intelligent WYSIWYG template editing tool that would omit and protect all the necessary code, so that we can continue offering this feature in a do-it-yourself way.
I'm pretty sure that's way harder than it's worth for anyone to create, but maybe there's some alternative or partial solution out there.
Thanks!
