Hi,

For now, you can't post HTML messages through the web interface.
Our plans are to enable this feature and to allow the usage of WYSIWYG 
javascript editors to make HTML composing easy.
This is part of a project aiming at improving the mail composing through 
Sympa, including the ability to attach documents to the messages.

This won't be available before version 5.5, though.
