The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I just cannot get my head around this, no matter what guides i read, i  still get an error about Syntax error in filter when i try to add a  mySQL subscriber source to my list.

Could some friendly soul point
out how i should modify the below  
config to pull all subscribers from
mySQL

my query is
