The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

It depends upon how old your Sympa is.
If it's not too old, you will find a table called "admin_table" in the 
database. This table contains all the informations regarding owners or 
editors.
Otherwise, you need to parse the config files looking for "owner" 
paragraphs. Basically, all the informations regarding owners are located 
in the config files. Even the admin_table is just a cache to speed up 
information accesses.
