The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Do you know if there is a way to restrict the actions of ListOwners of  
my lists [I am the ListMaster].

For example, in my case, I want to restrict the acces to Admin options  
for ListOwners: they will be able to acces to "Manage Subscribers"  
option but they won't be able to acces to "Edit List Config" options  
(so they won't be able to modify list configuration options defined).

Should I modify Sympa's source code (Sympa's modules or perl scripts)  
as "Conf.pm" or should I use another method?
