The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi all

Is there a way for a user to unsubscribe from  a dynamic generated 
mailing list (db datasource)?
Is it a future feature?
I know one can set "no mail" in "Subscribers Options", but it could be 
useful  to  unsubscribe from a dynamic list in other ways
(i.e. sending a email with unsubscribe command).
