Jason,

From a quick cursory look, it appears that it is a template change.

Look in $home/bin/etc/mail_tt2 and you will find that most templates  
define the "From:" address on the first line.

There is also one definition of SYMPA in mail.pm (Line 189 - v5.3.3)  
which appears to trigger on missing headers. I haven't fully traced  
the code but I would imagine that you'd also want to change it for  
display consistency.

Is anybody aware if there is a plan to include a feature in the  
future to set this within the config files?
