Hi Troy,

I don't think it's feasable to map the '/' URL to wwsympa because you'll have problems while accessing static contents (CSS, icons). You should rather try running sympa's web interface through the /sympa URL first and then have a try with mod_rewrite
I'm using the same scheme for Interchange and it is very well feasible to assign / to an application, you just need to define Alias' for your
static content before that in Apache configuration.

You have to be aware that every mistaken URL / bot etc. will passed through wwsympa.
I realize I'm definitaly nit an Apache expert ;-)

Could you please add a few words on how to achieve this in the Sympa FAQ : http://www.sympa.org/wiki/faq/web_interface
I'm sure lots of symp users wish to map their sympa web interface to '/' on dedicated servers....

Thanks.
