The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I instatiated a family and a list with that family according to instructions 
at
http://www.sympa.org/wiki/doku.php#instantiation
When I try to Edit the list at all from the web interface, everything
under 'Edit List Config' is blank.  Is that how it is supposed to be?
