List Family instantiation is now working.

There were discrepancies between the xml and content.tt2 files.

Notably, the coding of the owner_include paragraph in content.tt2 did not
support multiple paragraphs.  There were a few typos that prevented individual
values from being instatiated.

All of these issues have been worked out and the List Family functionality is
working as documented.
