It's missing from Sympa.pl command line option. I just add it for you. 
You can apply this patch :

Now sympa.pl --purge_list <list>@<robot> remove completly the list :

   * configs files, templates, scenario, subscribers dump file  etc
   * remove the owners from admin table and subscribers from subscriber
     table
   * remove archives
   * clean spools

aliases are removed if you apply this patch :
