The question from Mohamed is related to thge message sent to a user when 
the list editor reject a message (via a mail like reject <list> <clef>). 
The feature request is how to modify reject.tpl template in order to 
include the reason why the message is rejected (it suppose the list 
editor type the reason in the reject order message).

The answer is no : we don't want to make some complex feature from the 
mail interface because it's not easy for the users. Doing what you 
suggest  need some syntax because command messages should contain 
multiple commands. In addition the message signature should not be sent 
a the rejection reason, etc.
The web interface is much more better for this and it will include 
pre-formated rejection message. By the past a training student did such 
a contrib but we didn't have time to include it in Sympa. As soon as it 
will be done message to list editor will contain a link to the web 
interface instead of a mailto://sympa@...
