Yes that's right. take care not to change Sympa'sversion while switching 
from one db to anoter because you will get troubles database structure 
is chnage from one version to anoter.

You should stop sympa at step 0) not 4) because the database will 
continue to modified after you dump it and thoses chnages will lost.
