The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

New installation.

Still wrestling with some suexec issues, but seem to be under control.

But.. now my top level wwsympa page comes up with no formatting, and 
none of the links work, for example:
home page is http://server1.neighborhoods.net/sympa/
clicking on "help" link tries to go to 
http://server1.neighborhoods.net/help - instead of 
http://server1.neighborhoods.net/sympa/help

and http://server1.neighborhoods.net/sympa/help comes up with same page 
as the home page

something very weird is going on - any help would be appreciated
