Hi all,

one of my testusers pointed out that his list has charactes like "öäüß"
in the "info"-text, which is included in the welcome-mail to new users.

Both text/plain and text/html are sent as "charset=iso_8859-1;
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit", both include "ä" instead of the
letter "ä". His Mail-client displays the html-part correctly, but the
plain-part is broken. I'm not quite sure, looks like a html-encoding in
text/plain? Or do I use a wrong encoding?
I'm a littel bit confused right now, any help would be appreciated.

BTW, Sympa 5.2.
