The question now is, go with 5.1.2 and wait for 5.2.1, or, take a chance and go with 5.2-cvs. I'm open to suggestions, and, wondering, what are the plans for releasing 5.2.1?

What we've been doing here for issues like this is pulling the necessary patches out of CVS and applying them in our packages to whatever release version we were using, and running a local fork for a short period of time. I did it with the bug of "Your Lists" not showing anything when you log in, in 5.1.2, and I'm currently testing the LDAPS support for include_ldap_query from CVS with 5.2. If you're installing straight from source on your system(s) that might not work so well, but because we're doing it with RPM packages it's easy enough to add an additional patch definition to it and then bump the release number, with the appropriate notes in the changelog. Then when the next Sympa release comes out, I simply remove the patch.

Hope that information is of some use to you.

Thanks,
Jeff
