Hi, folks:

Here is the situation.

I have two lists, created at different times. One is an actual
"production" list -- that is, it is being used by end users; the other
is a test list with 3 users in it. Both lists have had messages sent to
them.

I have followed the directions (to the best of my ability) found in the
Sympa documentation, section 9.5.

I have restarted Sympa and Apache numerous times and tried a number of
different configurations.

Here's what's in /var/lib/sympa/arc (the defined arc directory)

I've tried sifting through the logs at log level 3, but I found the
output not at all helpful. The only error message that appears is one
indicating that Sympa can't find the thrd.html file:

I'm puzzled and would appreciate some help very much. If I should
