The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

If I want to force the refresh of my subscribers how canI do?
I'm thinking in 2 options:
* change the configuration of the list and stop and start sympa (i think that 
i
have do this to do effective the changes ,true?)
* this options I don't think that it's posible. Can I create some file in
./spool/task that do this? 

I have do this a lot of times, for this reason I hope don't do stop and start
every time.
