The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm trying to create a set of scenari which will (in addition to existing
behavior) allow members of a specific mailgroup to send messages to any other
group. Here's what I've got:

is_subscriber(specificgroup,[sender])             smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it

I just want to make sure it's 

specficgroup

and not

'specificgroup'

or 

address@concealed

or any other combo thereof.
