Sorry, it was a 4.0b server. 

I moved it all to a test environment (mirrored the entire server), and
just doing an /configure ; make ; make install typ upgrade gave me 

Nov 11 09:42:49 scooter www-data: Sympa not setup to use DBI

And a Error 500 in the web interface.

What have I forgotten to do, or where should I start reading?
