The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello all,

I just subscribed to this list and wanted to say hi.  I currently manage 
several lists (80+) using mailman, which I have come to loathe.  My 
largest list has over 120000 users, so speed was important to me.  In my 
quest to find a better replacement, preferably with mysql integrated in, 
I came across sympa.  I want to move my lists from mailman to sympa but 
I am not really sure how to procede.  Has anybody done this and is there 
any documentation on it?
