The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have been searching the mailing list archives and don't see anything
about this using Sympa 5.1:

Is there a way to define moderators with a text file, say a list of
moderators defined by only their email addresses one per line, as in:

address@concealed
address@concealed
...

We have a list that contains students as subscribers and all the
professors in the department want to be able to send mail to the list.
I know that you can define moderators one-by-one but I would like to
be able to just use a text file.
