The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi all,

Not *really* sure if this is a bug or not. I have completed setting up a 
new list server, so there are no lists created on it yet. But when Sympa 
starts up, the purge_orphan_bounces task attempts to run. It fails 
because it cannot find any lists to process on. The task is removed 
because it fails to run, yet is immediately recreated by task_manager. 
This infinite loop of sorts runs forever, or at least until I create at 
least one list, and clogs my system logs. See below for a copy of 
everything.

I finally copy in sample-list/ from my installation into my list config 
directory, just to have at least one list

Ideas, comments, etc? It's not that big of a problem. Just a minor 
annoyance whenever I build a new server and before I put it into 
production. :D
