The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

When someone is sending a PGP signed mail to the sympa list, sympa breaks the 
signature by altering some of the content of the mail. A commonly seen 
something is the replacement of '--=20' by '=2D-=20' (this is the 
human-signature separator, as seen on many mails), thus breaking the PGP 
signature. 

Any idea where I should start looking?
