Hi there, another question ...
Hotmail considers mail sent from our sympa server as potentially unwanted mail.
Do you have any idea why that may be? we are not spammers we host lists for distance learning in specific subjects and our lists do not have more than 300 addresses ...

any ideas on why this happens and how to revert it?
A mailing list server is very close to a spammer engine. The defference is just comming from the way the email adress are colleted but this defference can't be part of the method used to detect automatically spammers. Unfortunetly, internet providers never explain how do they detect spamming (they don't want spammers to adapt their method faster).
May be some hotmail user complains about you mailing list server, may be your server as been blacklisted because some smtp session have too many receipient ... How many subscribers in the same list with domain hotmail.com ?

>From time to time our server is blacklisted by some proverders. We never had a answer from those providers. I suspect the sympa.conf parameter nrcpt to be a way to avoid it.
