The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hallo list,

i think i have found the problem. in our company we use Outlook and
exchange.
If i send a mail with my Outlook and the subject has more than 65 letters,
on
sympa (Solaris 5.8) i get a corrupt mail format. Ich have found the failed
mails all under $SYMPA_HOME/spool/msg/bad folder.

E.g.

i send following mail:
....
From: address@concealed
To: address@concealed
Subject: auth d41b9458 ADD xxx_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
address@concealed 
....

On serverside i recieve this (look at the line break in subject):

....
From: address@concealed
To: address@concealed
Subject: auth d41b9458 ADD xxx_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx oliver.walter@boschrexroth
        .de
....


Already tried to send this mail per telnet to mailserver and it worked fine.
Try to find out now, how to avoid that linebreak in the subject with
outlook.

Where are you placing the command? In the body of the message, or in the 
subject? Whichever you are using, try using the other and see if that helps.
