The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello list,

i got trouble with the "owner approval" in the subscrition-option.
after someone requests to subscribe the list i recieve the following 
mail:

Dear owner of list ...

----------------------------------------------------------------------


i send the corresponding email to sympa and recieve the folowing error:

The authentication process failed

You probably confirmed your subscription using a different
email address. Please try subscribing using your canonical address.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

 
The funny thing is, that the whole process worked one or two times, but
now it fails everytime. If i use the sympa webinterface it works well.

We use sympa 3.3.4b.3

Anybody an idea?
