Here is what I did to solve my suid-perl issue.  Installed the
perl.5.8.x.x.srpms for perl then ran rpmbuild -ba perl.spec which
created the suid-perl rpm.  For some reason redhat does not supply the
rpm for suid-perl.

FYI if you use redhat AS3.0 :)
