The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi

when I send a request (LISTS, INFO, HELP, etc) to address@concealed this 
delays in respond from four to six hours, when does it!

when I check /usr/local/sympa/spool/msg I see the message with the request.

same way, when a mail is sent to any of the lists configured the 
delivers is extremely slow.

Some one have experienced a similar failure?
