The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I just got a call from an unhappy user.  She wants to send out a message to a 
moderated list that she moderates.  Another message is currently being delivered 
to a large (~20K users) list.  Apparently sympa is unable to copy the message 
that she sent to the list from /var/sympa/msg to /var/sympa/moderate while this 
is happening.  I'd do it myself, but I'm not sure what the destination filename 
should be.  Will sympa 4.0 be able to process messages in parallel?
