Anyone who is using the plain text digest patch that I posted here a 
while ago may like to know that a more up to date version is available 
from the bug tracking system at

The principal change since the original post is a complete rewrite of 
the code for processing HTML messages in order to overcome some 
copyright issues. The code now uses the HTML::TreeBuilder and 
HTML::FormatText Perl modules if available, or Lynx if not. If Lynx is 
also unavailable a message indicating that an HTML part could not be 
processed is inserted.
