The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi

i'm seeing a strange problem lately :

some lists suddently appear to "loose" their subscribers,
ie, if you go into the web interface, the list appears empty,
but if you search directly in the database, the subscribers
are still there ?

a restart of the whole sympa engine doesn't change anything

if i try to re-add an apparently "lost" subscriber, i get
a message saying something like (sorry, i have the
french install of sympa) :

email is already subscribed to this list
failed_add

or in real french

<email> est déjà abonné à la liste <liste>
failed_add

any ideas ? maybe because i'm using a rather old
3.4.2 version (but then, this version is in production
for quite a while, and never exhibited this problem) ?
